Campsites with Local Transport Links to Glasgow

Hi we have got some tickets for the world cycle championships in Glasgow.

Can anyone recommend any campsites with good transport links to the city.

Managed to get in at lomond woods.

Managed to get in at lomond woods.

Try and get into the area on the right of the site as you look at it on entry. You'll be further away from the feeder road (A81) that runs down the side of the park and can be noisy with morning and evening traffic. Quieter later but influenced by Lomond Shores shopping centre which is nearby. Pub (chain) just outside the site gates, to the right. Hope you have a great visit.
