I am doing what we love best and going away for a week in November for my 60th. I would like to go to the Cotswolds as I haven't been for a long time and it's in striking distance of South Cornwall in a day.
Can anyone recommend campsites?
I am looking for somewhere in walking distance of a town, we have a 6.4m van conversion so no problems with size of pitch.

Can agree with moreton in marsh cmc, bus to stow or bourton (if you want to watch american tourists 🤦‍♂️)
Nice walks and good camra pubs

We spend a fair amount of time in the Cotswolds in recent years. A favourite is Cirencester which is about 15 minutes easy walk from the huge CMC site. Lots of nice shops, cafes and pubs/restaurants. Another is Broadway but it’s more touristy and prices are higher. We tried Chipping Norton but there’s little in the town. Tetbury is quite nice but I don’t know of a site within east walking distance.

I make no hesitation in recommending Avonbank Meadows CL in Pershore. Its a lovely quiet site on the banks of the River Avon. If your van has its own shower/toilet and you don't need a shower block, and you want the choice of EHU or not, this is the site for you.
Lovely owners, (John & Lisa) many of us Funsters will say the same as we love to rally there twice a year, or go on our own to use The CL pitches . Pershore town is nearby with a huge Asda, plus loads of other shops, restaurant's & Take Always. Pub with nice meals just a stroll up the lane from the site.
You can fish the river, paddle your Kayak, and easily drive to all the lovely towns in The Cotswolds, even better if you like cycling so much to see in this area.

We cant wait to go back, its so relaxing & friendly, currently £17.50 a night with EHU, TV points, water & Elsan point. (y)

I would recommend Broadway, Moreton on Marsh and Cirencester c&mc sites for their position and access to lovely towns and villages all within walking distance.

Burford is also a great place to visit and staying at Wysdom touring park means you are just at the top of the high street.

Thanks everyone that's such good advice. It's made my mind up to join CMC, not joined before due to mainly traveling in Europe.

Another recommendation for Cirencester and Broadway. Also Wysdom Touring Park at Burford, it’s within walking distance of Burford and there’s a lovely garden centre within walking distance. From Cirencester you can catch a bus to Cheltenham, worth visiting.
