Camping Park Paris

A little bit of planning for our France / Spain trip in Jan & Feb 25. We usually take the Newhaven Dieppe ferry and then wing it for about 5 weeks. I fancy taking in the City v PSG champions league game on 22nd January on the way through, tickets not an issue, and have found Camping Park Paris that's about an hours walk from the stadium. Has anyone done anything similar? Opinions on the site and the walk, please? I appreciate that the walk back could be after midnight, is it ok around there?

I don't know what part of Paris you will be but just north of the Stade de France is St Denis which has the reputation of being the most dangerous area of France, especially at night.

Exactly as DBK says, avoid St Dennis like the plague.

PSG play at the Parc des Princes which is no where near St Denis. It’s only a 10 min walk to the nearest Metro so you should be okay.

We were at the Citykamp last April where a lot of upgrading was happening to the site in preparation for the Olympics. New office, cafe, road and shower block were being built. I would book early as the site was full when we went.
