Hope to go to Spain in January for 8 weeks is it worth getting camping card acer.

If you mean ACSI some swear by it for us not so sure. If you stay on sites a lot then you can save quite a bit on normal rates but if like us you use Aires more then not so good. We have it and will use it in February at bonterra so will easily pay for itself, other years we may just break even.

We used ACSI in the early years of exploring France but now just use the Aires, don’t need it!

I left my ACSI card at home and spent some of the voyage to Bilbao researching places to buy one in Spain. The first three had sold out so I decided to do without.

We only spent one night on a campsite in the month and it didn’t take ACSI

I haven’t bought one since.

We are on a site in Portugal. When we arrived, they advised cost was €38 per night. Informed them we had ACSI and rate reduced to €23. We are staying 12 nights over Christmas and NY, so a saving of €180!

We have saved at least a €1,000 in the past year using it in Spain, France and Portugal, so great value for us.

We mainly use Aires but in April we did spend a few nights on a site in Spain, we do have an ACSI card but didn't use it as we don't need EHU it was cheaper without ACSI.

Now it's a digital download why not leave it until you get to Spain then if you need it, download it.
