Camping car park contact problem

I opened an account with Camping Car Park and paid for the card and pre charged it etc , I pre booked a site last night but did not receive email confirmation then I noticed that I had left out a letter in my account email address and when I corrected it I got locked out of the account and when I signed back in all my credits have been wiped and it’s like a new unregistered account .
I have tried ringing them but the number comes back as not recognised !!
Anyone else had problems with this company ?

Normally they answer the phone straight away, last time I called them I was on an Aire and used the number on the info board I don't know if it is a different number.

We've always had instant answers from them from the entrance machine. We have never booked as booking anywhere would require us to have a plan and fixed stop-offs which would be a major headache.

Problem sorted it looks like its a problem with my iPhone 11 I just used my wifes older iPhone and I got straight through. Thanks for your replies anyway.
