Camp sites near l’estarit

Hi we are newbies to motorhoming and we are at frontignan and are heading into Spain. Maybe L’Estarit or surround. can anyone recommend any good campsites which are dog friendly and reasonably near shops, restaurants. Have ebikes so they don’t have to be walking distance. Thank you

Camping Rifort is nice, stayed a couple of times, easy walk to town. Don't know about dogs though.

Costa Brava Area and Camping LaSerena in addition to above. We've just left Costa Brava Area.

All three within decent walking distance of shops. But bikes would help. Of the three LaSerena pitches look the best, it's a huge place but we haven't stayed there only walked past.

There seems to be les and less acsi now but last time we were there Emporda was very dog friendly, close to town and lidl supermarket. Also on acsi card.

We have used Camping Rifort many times and will use it again if we are down there.

We used camping La Serena on ACSI. Nice easy walk into the town.

We love camping Enmar just a bit further down at Pineda del Mar. Family owned, ACSI, good facilities but the best bit is the location for us. Right in the town, 200m from the beach, shops galore, walk or ride to adjacent towns or even train to Barcelona/Gerona is easy.

We can recommend Camping Les Medes - just outside, & easy walk/cycle in. The site is open all year round, & is dog friendly. The owners have a beautiful mountain dog that was huge & just a puppy when we were last there!

I too can recommend Camping Les Medes. I spent a month there last year and really enjoyed it. It's very popular with long stay Brits and Dutch and weekend Spanish.

We found Les Medes very busy, with not much space, the facilities are xcellent though. We have stayed at la sirena in Estartit and loved it, there is a supermarket just at the main entrance.
we have also stayed at El delfin verde just outside Toroella, and went back five years on the trot, it is excellent also
