Well after joining in May last year I have been disappointed at site fees (not used any) but I have just used the CAMC website for a Wightlink ferry crossing and got a 50% off deal saving £185 which more than covers membership so I will be renewing in May, happy bunny

We thought that when we went to IOW a few weeks back. Saved £140.

Similar with c& cc, saved way more than the joining fee on the Harwich to Hook ferry.

The CMC offer a discount of around £10%, this year I contacted P&O directly and the beat CMC by a good amount. That’s the first that has happened but normally we save our membership on one crossing.

When travelling weekly to Malaga Spain doing the Dover to Calais ferry we always booked through the CMC with the discount they were always the cheapest until they first went computerised then they were often 20% dearer so we stopped booking through them and booked direct through the ferry companies.

For my subscription I’d prefer reasonable prices on UK sites than discounts I either don’t need or can obtain by other means.
