Sandringham - there is a CaMC and Camping and caravanning club site. Does anyone recommend one over the other?

They are both good sites in my opinion. Walking distance to Sandringham Estate, miles and miles of walks around there and local beaches are good within a short driving distance.

Thanks - just planning two nights and intend to walk the grounds with the dog. Looks like a lot of forest? Between Christmas and New Year.

Yes, it is brilliant for dog walks lots of forest area to walk the dog around the site. We always used to go there at Christmas you will love it.

Not been on the CAMC site, but have been on the CCC site, we like it, it's like 'camping' in a forest, very quiet too.

We like the CAMC site, but they are both very close together. In fact,, you walk past the CCC site from the CAMC up to “The Big House”.

They are within feet, right next door, of each other and the CCC is by far the cheapest if you are single with CCC OAP discount.
(as I know both codes, I can use the nearest facilities but not much to choose between the two.)

We stayed a day at CCC as not members of CAMC. Very nice site, good dog walking. There were a lot of mosquitoes in September but may have gone now. No idea what the toilets/showers are like as we never use communal facilities.
