Bessacar 560
We have a 2020 Swift Bessacarr 560 and cannot get any heat into the cab footwell. The screen and dash vents blast it out, but its a pathetic flow to the footwells.
Is this the norm, or could the mechanism that alters the flow have stuck somewhere being the dash?

It's the norm for the Ducato base. If you have an auto there is a plastic cover near the old clutch pedal location than can be removed or modified to help a bit but thick socks are the only real answer.

Apparently it's a right hand drive issue. The packaging has been designed for LHD and RHD is bit of an afterthought.

That's right. On the autos the pipe that takes the heating from up under the dash to the drivers feet is missing. It's possible to use a length of flexible pipe, stuff it in the vent opening and put the outlet end down near your feet, works for me.
