C-tourer 148 LE H steps to fixed bed

We received our new C-tourer in March and have ongoing problems with the sliding steps to the rear fixed bed. They squeak very loudly when travelling and the dealer thinks they’ve been fitted incorrectly. Cathargo aren’t being helpful. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem?

We have the same van, but don’t experience any squeaking. We tend to leave the steps pushed in.…..
they were very stiff to pull out at first so I sprayed lots of silicone spray on the runners…..

Thanks for taking the trouble to reply Lusky. Our steps have a lot of play in them. No problem sliding them.
