What is this valve on my 2008 Auto Sleeper Warwick Duo is printed Bypass Plug? I think it's a main valve to shut off the water from the tank to the rest of the van - is that right? It must be in the right position as I have water from the taps. But it has a slow leak as can be seen in the photo. I can't turn it. So I'm puzzled.
