Buying car online (Tug)

Hi, just to keep my spirits up and planning for an uncertain future, I have been thinking of getting a tug. The law as it stands and how I understand it is, that all car dealerships are closed for inspections, test drives, etc, but there is a click and collect system, which allows for none essential travel to collect it! Now this is where the fun bit gets to me, how far does this click and collect cover and how does private sales come into force, reading some legal take on it, it all seems as uncertain as my uncertain planning! Anyone’s input to this would be appreciated,
