Burstner Damp Warranty?

I’m glad that you’re getting it fixed.
To me, it looks like someone has done a temporary fix in that area with a bonding agent or expanding foam.
I would have suspected that if that was original bonding that has expanded from the seam, it would have shown beneath the rail where the floor and wall meet.
Either way, at least you are able to get if sorted.
Just out of interest, you’ve not mentioned your location so that members can suggest a nearby garage/dealer. May help for future.
Also, has it ever had an after market tow bar fitted?
You’re right in that bonding shouldn’t fail so soon after manufacturer, yet not sticking up for Burstner, wondering if it has been disturbed or put through stresses prior to your ownership for the reason it’s failed in that area.
