I’m looking to find a correct replacement of the gas strut (this is what I believe it was) that is fitted above the hab door of my 2005 Burstner T-Star 695.
I have contacted SGS who supplied a link, I then went ahead and bought the replacement. Unfortunately this is slightly shorter and didn’t have the same lock open feature if the original.
somebody else has now suggested that this are not gas strut BUT it’s an oil damper ? Can anyone help an confirm I which one is correct?
Any Burstner owner found a correct replacement option?
