bursner fixings

can anyone tell me how to remove these fixings ive got one broken and cant see that theres a screw inside so assume some sort of plastic fixing stud

The fitting is in 2 pieces the outer part goes in first followed by a screw then the inner piece is a cover for the screw.
You can try to carefully flick out the centre cap with the tip of s Stanley knife but it usually leaves a mess, best way is drill a 1/16 hole in the centre and hook it out with a piece of stiff wire, done carefully you can refit an original as long as you drill dead centre.
