Bullfinch gas connection

Has anyone had a problem with a bullfinch gas connector. Brand new bought recently from Hamilton gas. 1st time used and it won’t come out no matter what position I put it in. Will have to disconnect pipe and travel with it in and flap part open tomorrow

Never had problem with mine. Just turn 90 degrees clockwise. and it comes out.

yes, had to de burr the edge as it looked as though it hadn't been finished properly, when in closed position wiggle it and it will come out eventually,

Finally got it out by prizing with a couple of screwdrivers think what Al-Di said as it felt a bit notchy when I 1st fitted it but now it’s out working perfect
