Bt down

Bt has been down all afternoon for us and a lot of the country phone ok but no broadband

here at home the internet has been down since 11.30. been back up now some 30mins. but the office that i have in the village has been down since 22nd Dec. i have been told just about every reason possible, wet,wind,too much demand and so on. the latest thing they are going to try is called 'cis & and re-asign' we shall see. i use 4g here when bt fails.
