Funster
We just returned from a nice and sunny 14 days trip to England !!
This was the second time we visited England and like in 2009 we started with the meet in Shepton Mallet. We really enjoyed the meet in 2009 so our expectations we set very high for 2010........ and we were not disappointed !!!
We enjoyed seeing most of the people again we met in 2009 and had a great time with the ones who were present in 2010 and not in 2009.
It is a pity though that in just one weekend you cannot speak to everyone present
This year we were accompanied by one of our granddaughters (Britt) and she still remembers a lot of you.
She still talks about the magician she met and who made her a pink poodle of balloons.
Amanda is also well remembered because of her involvement and of course...... the flying dragon on the flagpole of her motorhome.
Lilly who played a lot with Giddy (Alan's dog, she really is a dog lover) Joy's dog because he could nt see, Bruno, (he is big isnt he grandma, even bigger than Giddy and Janos, sorry Kath Janos is the one name she quotes)
But most of all........The Funsters Choir.... singing Happy Birthday for her
Got this one on video tape Will try to find a way to upload this clip lateron. It would be a shame if not every funster could recognize and see the excelent singing quality !!!
Showed the video tape to her parents and they were touched by the way everyone gave Britt attention and spoiled her :shout:
By the way, Martin, Ineke will have some more Dutch Black pudding with her the next time we will visit England, We will not take the raw herring with us, that was just a revenge for the haggis  But ShiftZZ, you can always sent us a PM if you want some
Our thanks to everyone present at Shepton Mallet and of course to Roger who made it possible again
