Just looking at the prices for next May/June and is it my imagination or have the prices rocketed?
Return late June and the cabin is £186!
Going out late May cabin is £156
Total price for 2 people and Motorhome £1200 and that’s with my membership discount
Crazy

got to be Spain for that cost as ours was a little more in Dec but yes they have gone up approx £200 from last year with club discount and now no free meals only a voucher for onboard at over half the cost :(

Incidentally something i didn't know till very recently but adding a car trailer to the crossing only adds £25 each way on our booking which is very odd as the tunnel's price doubles.

It has but I still prefer it to travelling through France as i just want to get to the sun as soon as poss. Although I don't mind travelling back up through france as the weather has usually improved.

Ferry every time for us , the thought of driving down through cold dismal wintry France is to much
its 400+miles for us just to get to the channel ports so the very thought of a further 650-700 down through France is a definite non starter

That is what I used to think. But we have had some nice sunny days in Bordeaux in winter, pushing 20c and some great skiing en-route

Early May 24 for Moho, two mature adults and a dog with pet friendly cabin, Pompey Bilbao £584 one way.

Tried a few options but even the day they released the fares with F&F.

Two overnights on the boat.....

If i was retired then i would def go down through France as it would not matter how long it takes but for us currently its trying to make the most of the few weeks we have so always going to be the Ferry as its cheaper than driving with tolls and cost of fuel. Had to drive back last year through France and it worked our more expensive than going on the boat which they cancelled last minute.
