I’ve booked to go to France next June but somethings come up and me and the wife can’t go so what options are available?

Tickets are Flexi so…….

Ive just paid the deposit, if I cancel my sailing I’ll loose the deposit.

Anyway of getting a refund?
Can the date be changed to 2025?
Or can I transfer the ticket to someone else and recoup my deposit back that way?

Keep on changing it to a further away date. Shouldn't cost you anything with flexi

As above, my final ticket last year was version 14

I think with a flexi If you cancel you lose 25% off the price of the ticket. Better to move it to a later date. You could email BF for your options. I've found them to be pretty helpful when I've emailed them, although they can sometimes be a bit slow to respond.
