Brittany ferries gone to the dogs

Just phoned to amend my booking, can't do it online as my booking doesn't show up.
In the past you phoned and got through to a person, now it's AI, several select this number or that numbers later I get told it's 90min wait to talk to someone.
So I email, their very busy as well, 7 days for a reply.
So what used to take 5mins now takes 7days or 90mins on the phone, obviously been taking lessons from the banks/electric companies etc

Have you tried doing it on the new Brittany ferry's app ?
Amendment, Just checked on the app and you cannot alter bookings through it

Phone first thing when the lines open. Seems a lot quicker.

Thanks for the tip about the ap which actually shows my booking, but I can't see anyway to change it or cancel it.
