I have been very vocal about BF throughout Brexit and beyond as though they had calamitous difficulties in my view and plenty of other Funsters as they never seemed to get on top of Customer Service.
l have just booked the St Malo-Portsmouth route and though Booking on thier website is still a bit tedious l managed to get a Dog Friendly Cabin at short notice, however,l made a mistake on the booking and had to phone them to correct as it wasn’t possible on line,they answered within moments and l was speaking to a person with a minute, all was well and l now would like to think they are getting their act together and might get back to the high praise they once held.
Well done BF…….l never thought l would say that again.
