Brittany ferries £10 not showing (2 Viewers)

I usually give my code out a couple of times a year (leaving some for others) but I did two last year but neither showed up.
Same this year both parties informed me that they had booked but nothing has shown up yet.

As I understand it, It doesn’t show up until your renewal date.

It is meant to be usable during your membership period at least that has what has happened before.

That's correct.
I received all mine from the previous year once renewed.

I did't realise until I looked at the voucher link and seen a very nice £130 waiting.

Mine have only ever been available to use at renewal date and we’ve been members for about 8 or 9 years now.

The only thing I’ve noticed this year is that I’ve recently offered code and they’re no longer assuming you’ll renew so won’t let people use it. They used to allow people to make the booking but the occasional time people hadn’t renewed there’d be panicked last minute requests on here.

Our current membership expires long after the two codes crossings. Last year neither of the two given both crossing taken never showed at renewal. Two emails to BF unanswered

I don’t know if the code £10 credit lasts more than a year which might explain how you can’t see last years as it has expired ?

I find it best to ring them if I have a question.
