If you have a Ford cab and your steering gives up you are in trouble
Firstly it's like a 5 days to get it booked in and then they find the problem and you need a new steering box
That's fine you think but then the head man tells you as it's under warranty they can't do anything till Ford approves the works Well that can take a week for Ford to answer the email that the garage has sent them
Well you say okay not want I'm expecting but can't do anything about it
Then you get the good news Ford has given them the go ahead to fit a new steering box so that's great news until he them tells you that they can't get a new steering box in Europe or the UK and the backlog is 12 weeks So now it's a major issue.MH can't be repaired in Spain so it's got to be shipped back to the UK Can you imagine the fall out from this All because FORD hasn't got any Steering boxes and the cost to the insurance company which I must say RED PENNANT has been brilliant
