We have one and they're quite good, will run off a small inverter. That said we're lazy buggers and do ours in site machines/tumble dryers.

Yeah I bought it thinking I'd use it but I have that many clothes with me I ended up jist waiting till I had enough to fill a launderette machine.....stupid really as it cost me 10€ each time so I've probably spend around 250 euro plus on laundry while carrying around a machine:p

Why don't you try using it? My mum uses ours at home. She's like a kid with a new toy only the effect hasn't worn off. She says its handy for a few items and the spinner is great.

I'll be home in 10 days so won't need to and when I downsize vans I won't want to carry it around. I've heard they are great and I did plan to use it but with me always wildcamping I didn't want to be the one hanging washing out to dry lol
But I am the man carrying 70 t shirts 15 pairs of jeans , a dozen pairs of shorts , 13 pairs of shoes plus loads of jackets jumpers other trousers etc. I can honestly go weeks without needing to do washing lol.

Id say so with that lot. Doesn't bear thinking about if you had a woman in there too.
Two massive wardrobes in here though lol

But when I get back I'm also getting rid of half these clothes.
Carrying way too much stuff

You'll have to empty the lot of Frankies getting sold. What better a time to cut your wardrobe in half.

I know my mum is panicking as I'll need to put stuff in hers if it sells before I get my next one. There's 3 or 4 folk viewing it on route between dover and home so will see how that goes

But I may bid you on the box!! Xxxx

Any further spec? Are you open to offers?

Further spec? There's not much to say really.
As for offers it depends what your thinking , it's only advertised here at the minute as I'm not home yet ...

Further specs, its the large one that holds 3 litres so it really is good VFM. They spin great too.

We have the same model, albeit a few years older, and we have washed a King size duvet cover in it.

Rita is really impressed with the spinner, as the gear comes out almost dry, compared to the spinning results of a commercial laundrette.
If we had a MH with a full sized garage, we'd carry the washer all the time. (y)

BTW, we know someone who was using the smaller size on a site in Italy. A swiss couple were so impressed, that they bought it off him, for twice what he paid for it.

Cheers,

Jock. :)

Too true Jock. I think anyone whose looking for one should bite Tams hand off considering its 3 iltre capacity, not the little shitty one:LOL: If I were Tam id be sticking it on Gumtree. Someones in for a bargain.

It's going on gumtree the day for £85 quid lol and if no selt it will live in mum's attic till it becomes an antique then it will be worth thousands :p

Doing my washing in my little machine does two things,, takes me a bit of time,so keeps me busy for an hour or two,, and saves me at least £3.50 on any site,,, I do usually two loads on a campsite a week,, and tumble dry for a couple of quid,,so about £12,00 a week I’m up!!

And I don’t get dog hairs all over my undies from someone washing dog blankets etc! Lol
