my back lights work but brake lights dont I have changed the bulb I have a 13 plate ford autotrail
 
Could be switch on peddle or earth fault

You may have more than one switch, so don’t just check the first one you see.

If you have code reader, you may have fault for A/B correlation?
Start with easy stuff by trying fuse. Try to manually lift upwards brake pedal. Brake switch is above brake pedal and twist 45/90° to come out.

Also check any plugs along chassis legs as often the original loom is extended and these plugs are open to elements. I've had 2 motorhomes now with this issue, both resulted in no brakelights. I had to bypass the plug with new cable
