Hi, I can get Morrison's garage LPG pump nozzles to fix securely on my motorhome's external filler nipple (UK standard) and fill my internal bottles. And other garages work too.

However the LPG pump nozzles at BP garages never fit securely on the external nipple, so I can't fill the internal bottles. The garage attendants have also tried without success.

Anyone else experienced this, or have any solutions?

Use a BP garage all the time to fill up my bottle through a external fill point with no issues.

Use both Morrisons and BP, filled up last week at a BP no problem.

If the guns not latching on properly it may be fouling on the filler surround, get another UK adaptor and screw that in first so your filler it well clear of any fouling.

In cold / freezing weather I have to use my local Flogas depot adaptor and not my own. They look identical to naked eye but the cold metal just won't latch unless I use theirs.
