Have just bought a Knaus Boxlife 600ME
First trip away and think I may have broken the bed ??
Moved the bed to its highest height to measure for bikes.
I can now not get the bed to go fully back down. One of the straps (front driver side) is loose and floppy. Has anyone experienced this? Is there a fix? Help?
