Boxer adblu problem

Hi All,
Having never having a Motorhome with adblu, we swapped our Old Ford for this modern engine with adblu! We have filled it up but still error message now saying 200 miles see dealer! Is there a short cut or is this a new pain in the !

New pain in the proverbial for you unfortunately.

Once it counts down to zero then engine won’t start. You need the fault fixing. Unless it miraculously rests itself.

Many posts on here and most car forums about Ad Blue issues.

Have you driven it since filling it ?

May just be a case of driving it a few miles and it will reset - that's what happened with mine last time.

I have driven since refilling, still message comes up on start up? It’ll be visit to dealer I think to see if they can sort it out, as still have some warranty left, just thought there might have been something better?

LENA2 there is a procedure after adding adblu to reset it, you turn on ignition without turning engine on for about 1 minute. (ie, first position on key not the on one).

How far have you driven since refilling? And how much was the refilling ie how many litres?

Might have a look at that, as not hands will look for someone who is,

You would need to source a specialist, like a vehicle remapper/tuner, and they will remove the operation of it from the vehicle’s computer.

Nothing invalidates your insurance,They are always liable for 3rd party claims no matter what you do.
It is only if you wish to claim for your own negligence that it causes problems.
