Peugeot Boxer - 2015
Hi,

Hopefully someone can shed some light on this.

I was going with my Dog on a small trip and I believe he was to eager to get to me and messed up the wires under the drivers seat, and I got airbag light on since then.

I had a look at wiring it looks ok to me but some of the connects are not connected to anything. I'm not sure if they should be. White and brown in pic below.

Appreciate any input - Gary

Apologies, I'm new to this forum. Seems like can't edit the original post.

Just wanted to add some more details, it is Peugeot Boxer 2015. If there is nothing wrong with wiring, then I'll get a diagnostic tool and investigate further.

Can't help with the wiring but you must be able to find a wiring diagram for your model to check whats connected or not.
There are plenty of threads on here for air bag lights.. you need a multicscan to check the ecu and if faulty it can be reset by sending it off on to a repairer.
Ps .An ordinary OBD2 port reader will not check airbag faults

The yellow plugs are for the seatbelt pretensioners and if disconnected with the ignition on will put on the airbag failure lamp.
Reset with a scan tool and should be fine.
The other wires are likely for optional heated seats etc

So I run the diagnostic and it didn't throw any fault.

When I selected airbag specifically, it says it can't connect and gives communication error.

Not sure where to go from here as wires are looking fine but I feel issue is with wiring as it happened mid journey when dog was fiddling with them.

i thought only multiecuscan or alfibod could connect to the airbab ecu
