Hi please can anyone .help.

I have an Elldis 2013 145 Autoquest. We constantly have to slam the door shut as we have a bow in the door, The top and bottom of the door touch the jamb but at the lock the door bows out by 5 mm-7 mm.
By slamming the door we are able to close the door and lock it. Any good ideas on how to solve this problem?

On a much older van, I had the same problem. After much experimentation, I used some steel to brace the inside of the door, this pulled the skin in, not perfect, but the door would close. Never found out the cause.

Adjust the lock to suit but not sure how the water tightness would be after?

New door?

I have a 2013 Auto fail mine bows out at the middle also it fits top and bottom.

I had the same problem. I put a small chock of wood in the door at the bottom and top and pushed from the outside to stress the door until it was as straight as I could get it. Take care not to overdo it and kink the edge. The only downside is, it is not permanent and will have to be done again unless you can brace it along the edge with something. Once its stretched its difficult to make a permanent repair.
