Bottle Jack Adapter - Sprinter

Has anyone bought a bottle jack adapter suitable for a Sprinter?
My Sprinter donor Hymer is supplied without a bottle jack and I am looking for an adapter to replicate the OEM (see image).
My bottle jack is a Silverline 10t.
Any suggestions appreciated.

Why not just buy a sprinter jack?
Plenty on eBay. They are often bought by us Land Rover owners due to the saddle arrangement on the top. Others weld a cupped bit of metal on the top, or weld a cupped bit of metal to a short tube, so sits on a jack ram.
