The side lights and the high beam work ok. The fuses are fine and I will check the bulbs once it stops raining, but I doubt it's the bulbs as both are not working. Next thing to check is the relay and then the steering wheel stick headlight switch. I have enclosed a picture of the interior fuse box which is located near the drivers door. Does anyone have a diagram of my fuse box (Fiat Ducato 2014 X250 model) to show where the dipped beam fuse is located and also how to remove the metal casing which covers the left and right sides of the fuse box?

Update: Also noticed that the hazard warning light switch in the center console does not flash (the exterior hazards lights all flash though). I wonder whether this is connected and maybe this unit that contains the hazard switch also controls the dipped beam?

Do a google search. Lots come up but ive no idea which is yours

My suggestion would be a poor earth connection but I’ve no idea where they are on a Fiat

We had a Peugeot 205 years ago, I went to the pub with both headlights working when I came to drive home both bulbs had blown. I have never seen it happen before or since.

This is a problem that I have seen reported to be a fault with the Body Control Module.

Are you sure that wasn't an automatic breath test device to stop you drink driving?

Mind you having a 'Peugeot 205 years ago' must be a record!!!!!!!

Check fuses with multimeter.
Check relay is working.
Yes, my post was asking about the relay location and how to get to it behind the metal cover.

Fuse and relay locations are on this link.

My interior fuse box to the right of the steering wheel is different to this. It must be a later version of the x250 BSI/BCM (mk3)

Look again, the link shows a left-hand drive ducato, try looking at the images in a mirror and it will all make sense. :ROFLMAO:
The fuse box diagram on your link is completely different to mine. I have attached a fuse schematic from my manual (unfortunately the manual does not indicate the relay information).

I've seen that fuse board layout in a Citroën Jumper, and the Peugeot Boxer.

Have you checked the bulbs yet? That would be my first point of call. Might be a coincidence that both have gone west.

Hi, I have this diagram of the fuses in my manual. I am looking for the dipped beam relay location information which is not present in your link or my manual.
They are in the engine fuse box I think try T02 if yours is like the below if not just keep googling.

All sorted. It ended up being both bulbs blown which was a pleasant surprise and easy fix. Not sure how both bulbs blew without me noticing that one was out.
