The British Motorcyclists Federation (BMF) regrets to announce that it will not be able to hold its 60th anniversary event, Bears and Bikes 2020.
Due to circumstances beyond the BMF’s control, namely the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic, all events with more than 500 participants have been, in effect, banned.
Therefore, the directors of the BMF have decided to refund all attendees, namely ticket holders and all traders' booking fees.
Can all parties requiring reimbursement please contact the BMF office by email on admin@bmf.co.uk, providing us with a scan/photo of the actual ticket, showing ticket numbers.
For those who paid online, we will refund automatically.
However, anyone else (those who purchased tickets by cash, cheque or bank transfer, for example) is asked to provide us with a contact number and we will call you with further instructions.
Any unclaimed refunds will be put towards the losses that the BMF will undoubtedly incur as a result of the event’s enforced closure.
We will endeavour to resolve this as quickly as possible. Please bear with us at this challenging time.
Ride safe and keep well,
The Management Team
