Hymer B704 PL
Hi. I have a 2017 Hymer B704PL A-CLass which has blown double glazed quarterlight windows. I contacted Hymer about three years ago about the issue and and as a goodwill gesture they replaced the one passenger door window. This has now blown again within such a short space of time, along with the other two quarterlights. I have had no help from Hymer in trying to seek a solution. I do not want to spend over £8k on window replacements that are going to blow again. Has anyone else had the problem and does anyone know of a window company that can replace the double glazed units with single toughen glass units. Your help will be most appreciated. Many thanks.

RD. Unfortunately it is a common problem, and by not replacing or repairing the double glazed units, you will find their winter quality compromised, ie, anything else will condensate on the inner surface as temperatures internally and externally differentiate. If always using external covers in the winter months, the above won't be a problem for you.
I replaced our Hymer cab units with laminated glass, whereas the the units on the Flair were replaced with toughened glass. You can apply an anti misting polish which does help to cut down the amount of condensation.

Good luck with it. 👍

Jock. :)
