Blow heating

Hi everyone, newbie here.
My hubby & I bought a 2005 Bessacar E720 yesterday. Love the layout and can't wait to get away with the dogs

Hubby tried the blow air heating this morning and no joy. When the control panel switched on there is no green light on the heating control. We've checked fuses, reset button, still nothing.

This is our first motorhome (caravanned for years) , contacted seller (private) who couldn't give an answer.

Any ideas would be gratefully received.

Is the gas turned on?
Has the gas bottle got gas in it?
Is the 12v switched on, it needs 12v for the heater circuit board.?
Is other 12v stuff working.?.
Is the leisure battery flat?

Have you got hot water? This will show if the gas supply is working.
