I’m a newbie
We have only had our motorhome a few weeks and have discovered that the water takes a while to go down the sink in the toilet and kitchen. Can you use normal Mr Muscle foam like you would in a house to wash it through ?

The pipes in your motorhome aren't the same as those in your house. They are smaller diameter, often bent around some weird routes, and worst of all often of a corrugated hose rather than smooth bore. Especially for the kitchen sink that means risk of stuff getting stuck. It's a good idea when cooking or washing up to try and avoid getting any fatty stuff down the sink and to even strain and wipe stuff off rather than getting too many clumps in place.

There are tank cleaner liquids specially made for motorhomes - Thetford, Fenwicks and others do these. Knowing that some plastics in motorhomes may be sensitive (especially some washbasins and the toilet bowl) I'd use those rather than the household cleaners.

Cheap coca cola is also pretty good, cleans the tanks as well. Aldi 35p

We use Fenwicks tank and pipe cleaner every couple of trips out. Between times we make sure the plugs are in place whilst we are on the move.

I second cheap cola, it’s worked for me, helped clear the sensors and clean out the gunk.

Ideally a wet vac stuck into the hole is best but if not available, I’d stick the hose down there and give it a good blast. I wouldn’t be using chemicals, I’ve had to deal with the damage they have caused.

Called into Aldi today for groceries and their diet coke is 17p per 2 litres,
AFAIK it's meant to be full fat coke...

...or maybe that's for cooking hams.

Our sink would not drain in an Elddis 155 from new .I had to disconnect the pipe underneath the motorhome for it to drain.
Had to take it back and have the pipes rerouted.Still not perfect though. As others have said be careful what you put down the kitchen sink, even draining pasta could cause a blockage as it congeals!
