Blind issue

Hi guys, this happened and wanted to know is it something I can fix? Can have blind fully closed or open but nothing inbetween as no tension on the right side of blind.

Reasonably easy fix if you can find the right thread. We bought some from a Chinese bazaar in Spain.

On the same vein our mosi net partly came away one side of one of our windows - is that 'YouTube' repairable or is a whole new unit?
