No lights at all? Just a blank screen with no backlight?
All your 12v systems working otherwise?
Maybe a pic would help.

I seem to remember reading there is a fuse on the back of the panel.

More info needed, as said a picture of the panel does help a lot as it will identify the make.
Usually, especially on a Sargent panel, Take it off, disconnect the supply cable for a few mins then plug back in.
That seems to cure a lot of issues.
Step 2 would be to check the voltage going into the panel to eliminate if its the power supply or the panel itself.

Yes a picture helps and you never know someone may have a spare sitting in a drawer from a previous van
