Setra is a German bus brand so I would guess a coach conversion and a very good looking one at that

I like it, has a 50-60s look about it.
Engine in the back that was fairly noisy!

rear engines are quieter inside the vehicle generally , I think there was a new model of a similar build on here recently but here is an older one I think it rather cute
