A struggle to get in there? A folding one would have been cool!

I think I saw that MCN issue. Was it early April ?

Used to be that type of c/van available in the 50"s towed behind a s/car outfit.
 
Can’t imagine riding a 1400 cc sports tourer towing a caravan or trailer, must be a nightmare.
 
Ive seen plenty of trailer tents being towed usually by cruisers, much better idea IMO (y)
 
My dad built his own caravan and took us to Cornwall, towed behind his Ex WD Norton, 16H; 500cc side-valve

a three day trip from Scotland !
