Just gone through check in and search at Dieppe and the chap was having a hissy fit about my tyres. No clue what he was on about but "interdit" was used several times.
Can anyone enlighten me please?

Could you have mixed tyres on the same axle? But then is he there to check that, would he know?

Or maybe he was just being dramatically french and it was nothing to do with your tyres - if your boarded ready to go I wouldn't worry !

Probably saying 'they are shit' (speak with French accent). That's what my tyre fitter said when I enquired about them. (But without the French accent!)
I been using them for around a year and love them the ride is so much better than the Michelin ones ..teeth shattering when hitting pot hole...a d sidewall cracked at just over a year old ..

Do the wheel arches cover the tread area?

It’s a common offence here in the UK so likely elsewhere?

Road Traffic Act 1988 (as amended)

Using vehicle in dangerous condition etc.

A person is guilty of an offence if he uses, or causes or permits another to use, a motor vehicle or trailer on a road when—

(a)the condition of the motor vehicle or trailer, or of its accessories or equipment …….

….. is such that the use of the motor vehicle or trailer involves a danger of injury to any person.

They are great at 15/20psi, on mud and rock. They are not so good fully inflated on wet roads, so be careful when the roads are slippy because they will let go. (y)
