I'm getting small amount of moisture through the gutter/ joint between wall and roof panels. No major damage thankfully Any recommendations for tape or something to reseal. Looks like it was done previously but needs renewing

You won't know if there is any serious damage until you remove the inner wallboards, water creeps & capillaries everywhere, you really need to remove the wallboards to find out.
You will need to remove all the external strips before resealing.

No such thing as a small amount of moisture getting through it either leaks or it doesn't.
Looking at the photos that looks serious to me.

Yes it looks more than a small amount that.

Can you get in stored under cover somewhere until you get it looked at?

If you can’t get it under cover, then it’s crying out for a proper motorhome cover. Hate them, but in your instance, the quicker it’s out of the rain, weather and moisture, the better.

Good luck with the repair as it looks likely to be a bit of a faff.

I agree with previous comments. Need to get that looked at properly. The problems are not only what has been mentioned but the possibility of mould behind the panels which could have health implications down the road.

I used this tape to seal the gap between my wind out awning and motorhome after finding the plastic seal had perished. It worked really well and is completely waterproof. It may work as a solution to get you through the winter to enable a more permanent fix with some Sika sealant or similar.
