This question gets asked time and time again..there is no best satnav, it depends entirely on what you intend to do with it, they are all much of a muchness.
It would be worth your while doing a forum search and fill your boots with all the various opinions.
For me it's Garmin all day... mainly because of the ease of creating custom routes offline and downloading into the unit.
