Best large usage data sim for France

Hi guys… we’ll be leaving Spain on Monday and entering France on 24/25 February. We’re using an unlimited data sim from Spaininternet.net which is working great, but we have to post it back before we leave Spain. What would be the best Data Sim about 150gb pre paid? And where could I purchase it from in France? TIA

If you’ve a mobile that’ll accept esims you could have a look at these. I’ve been using a french one the past week. Just be careful if you opted for the unlimited because it knocks download speeds to 1mbps after a certain usage.
