Bessacarr e765 boiler issue

I have a bessacarr e765 2004 reg.When I started to fill the vans fresh water tank the boiler was filling up also,everything was fine I filled it 75% .I went for a cuppa came back and discovered the water pump was running and I noticed that the red hot water pipe had somehow unscrewed. Luckily the water had ran out underneath the van ,but since that happened I no longer have heating or hot water on gas .I get hot water on hookup but no heating. I have checked the in-line fuse it's OK. The control panel doesn't light up now either. Is there a shut off valve somewhere or is there something else? I'm stumped and don't like to be beaten. Has anybody had this problem?
