I have purchased a 2015 Benimar miles 2015 can’t seem to get top bed above double bed down not sure what I’m doing wrong grateful if someone can help thanks

Not sure which model you have, might seem obvious but have you turned it on with the key and are the green lights showing where the up/down arrows are. If the red light is showing you might need to reset it.

You have something we don't No arrows or lights on ours, just a key. Some have a rocker switch so perhaps look for that.

Should be a manual bed in that years model, just unclip the seat belt type strap and it lowers on a lever system. There was a recall on the bed as the electrics to the underside for 12v and 240v sockets could become damaged by the scissor action of the levers. Maybe something jammed.
