Benimar Mileo 243

I have my eye on a used 2020 Benimar Mileo 243. It looks beautiful. Before I part with my money I would like to ask the community, are these Motorhomes suitable for doing ski seasons in?

I have a 2016 243, but have not used it as you intend to. They are factory winterised, which is that the water tank and pipes are all inside, and the waste tank which is hung below the floor has a heater and is insulated. Mine also has the Truma 6e heater and water which is the more powerful electric and/gas unit, this should be in yours as its standard. I have occasionally used it in sub zero temperatures and it is toasty inside.
