Benimar/Marquis.

I ordered two window stays back at the beginning of August via Marquis leisure and paid for them. It is now nearing the end of December, that is almost five months, but still waiting for delivery.
How shocking is that for such large companies

But I suppose who cares, they have had over £150 of my money since the order was made. If they are in such short supply, I wonder if Benimar supply new vehicles without window stays anymore, so they can’t be opened.

It will be a standard part not specific to Benimar, a good Internet search would probably found it and in stock & a lot cheaper.

In defence of Marquis they won't stock those parts so will have to order in. Hardly their fault if they are out of stock, although it would have been nice to let you know (if indeed that is the case).

These days, parts can be delivered across Europe in a matter of days. Benimar are made in Spain so hardly difficult to get parts delivered. It took them 15 months to get me some screw covers and a decal for the vehicle. At the same time they were still delivering new vehicles with the same parts fitted so there is no excuse for parts not being available.
