Hi Guys we seem to have a problem to try and lift the bed from the garage areas with the ratchet pole , it’s very stiff I don’t want to force the mechanism , it case the ratchet breaks !
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry to hear of your troubles. Our Tessoro 486 drop down bed is is not the same as yours so I can’t help, but I suggest calling your nearest Marquis dealer in the morning and asking for the service desk - I’m sure that if you can talk to one of the guys in the garage you’ll get good advice
